Obama to Seek Stay of Immigration Ruling by Monday
In a speech to Democratic Party leaders Friday in Washington, Obama said Republicans should "stop trying to deport millions of striving young kids who just want to earn their shot at the American dream like the rest of us."
The Justice Department will seek a stay of an order by a federal judge in Texas that derailed the Obama administration’s actions on immigration, White House press secretary Josh Earnest said.
The request will be filed no later than Monday as the Justice Department prepares an appeal, Earnest said. More here

That can't do it. The senate are the judge and the judge meant has to be 2/3 which the republicans don't have in the senate. Do you think that democrats with all there lies and falsehood would try losing more power since they only have the executive now.
For any of you that don't realize it, the photograph is of some of the "children" he wants to save: MS13 gang members!! Don't you just feel SO warm & fuzzy now?!

I think thats the asbestos removal crew I saw on site a couple of weeks ago in the pic. Nobody would ask them to show their green card.
