    Delaware on it's way down too with democrats in charge.Having to bail out casinos every year,more business regulations,impossible to get DELDOT entrance permits.

    608-Delaware has always been a blue dog state, dems with fiscal responsibility and low taxes. Hell of a lot better than Maryland.
