Comcast Is Also Changing Customers’ Names To “Whore” And “Dummy”

This is not how Comcast wanted to end a week that saw it having to explain how a supposedly rogue employee could change a customer’s name to “A**hole Brown.” Other customers have since come forward claiming they also had their names tweaked for the worst by Comcast staffers.

  3. 2:13-If you live in the City you should be able to trot on over to Comcast TODAY-SUNDAY and cancel. City Cable Franchise Ordinance requires them to keep "weekend" hours and since Mayor Moron considers Saturday as weekday Comcast should be open today.

  4. Just hope they keep on getting disrespectful to their customers and the name calling puts them out of business - No business that I know of treats their customers this way - absolutely terrible. They do not deserve to be in business.

  5. File PSC and FCC complaints; document every conversation with person's name (customer service never gives their real names they use a made-up name for work protection) document the conversation anyway; write person's name, date, and time of conversation, and basic content of conversation, document what service person said to you. These complaints get action. And if need be, don't hesitate to use a lawyer, and call FOX NEWS.

  6. 4:34 and you have to document what number you called from, day and time.
Recorded calls are tracked by caller ID, or so I am told.
