Narrative: On 30 Dec 2014 a deputy arrested Matthew Siebenberg on two bench warrants that were issued after Siebenberg violated the terms of his probation in cases where he had been convicted for Assault and Failing to Register as a Sex Offender.
Siebenberg was detained in the Detention Center without bond.

Suspect: Gary L. Doss, 49, Delmar, MD
Narrative: On 30 Dec 2014 at 8:11 PM a deputy responded to a disturbance at a residence in the 8000 block of Star Road in Delmar. Upon arrival, the deputy was told that the resident, Gary Doss, had engaged in an argument with two other individuals that live in the vicinity and that during the argument it is alleged that Doss pointed a shotgun at these individuals.
During the investigation, the deputy located the shotgun that was reportedly used.
The deputy placed Doss under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Doss in the Detention Center in lieu of $10,000.00 bond.

Suspect: Anvar Mundackal Kassim, 32, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 31 Dec 2014 at 1:46 AM a deputy responded to a reported altercation at a residence in the 1500 block of Lavale Terrace in Salisbury. Upon arrival, the deputy learned that an altercation erupted between Anvar Kassim and his teenage step-son that turned physical. The deputy was told that Kassim became upset over the way his step-son was walking up and down the stairs inside the residence. Kassim reportedly began assaulting his step-son and at one point brandished a three foot long metal road while grabbing his step-son around the neck.
During the investigation the deputy observed signs of injury that corroborated the account.
The deputy placed Kassim under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the Commissioner detained Kassim in the Detention Center in lieu of $50,000.00 bond.

Suspect: N’Kita Whitney Corbin
Narrative: On 31 Dec 2014 at 9:26 AM a deputy arrested N’Kita Corbin in the 300 block of poplar Street in Salisbury on a District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued back in September 2014 after Corbin failed to appear for a violation of probation hearing in a Resisting Arrest and MDOP case.
Corbin was detained on a bond of $5,000.00 in the Detention Center.

Suspect: Kristen Lynne Russ, 24, Delmar, MD
Narrative: On 31 Dec 2014 at 10:30 AM a deputy arrested Kristen Russ at a residence in the 300 block of Chestnut Street in Delmar on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Russ violated the terms of her probation in a theft case.
Russ was detained at the Detention Center without bond pending an appearance in front of a Circuit Court Judge.

Suspect: Andre Devante Ross, 20, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 31 Dec 2014 at 11:25 AM a deputy arrested Andre Ross at a residence in the 600 block of Light Street in Salisbury on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Ross violated the terms of his probation in a CDS Possession case
Ross was detained at the Detention Center without bond pending an appearance in front of a Circuit Court Judge.

Incident: Possession of Heroin

Suspect: Antionne Leon Stephenson, 24, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 31 Dec 2014 at 2:00 PM, Antionne Stephenson was apprehended on three outstanding Circuit Court Bench Warrants that were issued back in October 2014. All three warrants were stemming from CDS Possession, CDS Possession with the Intent to Distribute and Handgun Possession.
After being taken into custody, the deputy recovered what was identified as heroin in Stephenson’s pants pocket.
Stephenson was detained without bond on the warrants
The Commissioner did not place a bond Stephenson for the heroin possession charge.

Incident: Possession of CDS / Stolen Handgun
Date of Incident: 1 January 2015
Location: 1700 block of N. Salisbury Blvd., Salisbury, MD
Suspect: 1. William Henry Fountain, 20, Salisbury, MD
2. Daivon Edward Harmon, 19, Salisbury, MD
3. Karim Abdur-Rahman, 19, Salisbury, MD
Narrative: On 1 January 2015 at 2:00 AM a deputy stopped a vehicle operated by Davion Harmon for speeding on North Salisbury Boulevard. As the deputy approached the vehicle, the deputy observed furtive movement by the occupants and what appeared to be a baggie in plain view. The deputy began to investigate further after the driver admitted to having marijuana with him. Upon checking the occupants of the vehicle, the deputy discovered a .380 semi-automatic handgun in the waistband of one of the passengers, William Fountain.
The .380 handgun was loaded with seven hollow point rounds. Further investigation revealed that the handgun had been previously reported stolen from a residence in Wicomico County back in April 2014.
The driver was found to have marijuana on his person contained in two plastic pill bottles. Further search of the vehicle revealed s substantial amount of marijuana contained in a mason jar on the rear seat. The amount in the mason jar exceeded what would have been indicative of personal use.
The deputy arrested Harmon and Fountain, along with a third subject, Karim Abdur-Rahman, for the possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute. Fountain was also charged with the illicit possession of a stolen firearm. Harmon and Abdur-Rahman were detained on a bond of $25,000.00 each while Fountain was detained on a bond of $125,000.00.
