How Chick-Fil-A Treated a Homeless Man Might Surprise Some People

Blind, seething hatred of the Chick-fil-A chain has long been a rite of passage into the inner circles of liberalism. It’s a successful business, fast food chain, and it’s Christian-owned. I mean, all it needs is a conservative talk radio host as a sponsor and a “no Macbooks” rule and it pretty much violates every major tenet of modern liberalism.

The problem liberals are having is that, in spite of all of the effort they’ve taken to paint Chick-fil-A as a source of hatred and greed, Americans can see how the corporation works up close. This latest example, posted to Facebook by someone who witnessed it, illustrates perfectly how religion has made Chick-fil-A a more caring, inclusive organization.

“My son and I were at the location on Highway 280 in Birmingham, AL when a man came in to escape the 35 degree temps and strong winds with all of his earthly possessions strapped to his back,” read the post by Andrea Stoker, a stay-at-home mom from Alabama.

  3. nothing is stopping anyone from following their example. people wind up homeless for a variety of reasons, not just the bad reasons you always hear.

some are only a paycheck away from being homeless themselves. Is showing a little kindness and generosity such a hard thing to do?
