Gold Alert Issued for Missing Felton Man

 

Felton-The Delaware State Police are issuing a Gold Alert for Cesar S. Pilapil who was last seen at his residence located in 1000 block of Andrews Lake Road, Felton around 4:00 p.m. yesterday, Tuesday January 13, 2015.

 

Cesar is an Asian-Pacific male, 66 years of age, 5’03” tall, 130 lbs., grey hair and brown eyes.  He may be operating a dark white 2006 GMC Canyon with Delaware vanity registration PILAPIL.  (Photo attached)

 

Troopers have been unable to make contact with Pilapil to check on his welfare.  Attempts to locate him have been unsuccessful and there is a real concern for his safety and welfare.
