Another week to go, and federal employees will see that 1 percent pay raise for 2015. It starts Jan. 11, the first day of the first full pay period of the year. President Obama promised the raise back in August. Congress confirmed the raise in the omnibus bill funding the government. The president signed it before Christmas.
12:55-If I ran a business and I had a really good employee I would absolutely give him/her frequent raises just to keep them.Reliable employees who show up on time and do their job well are priceless.
Only state and federal employees saw raises. County will continue to be lowest paid and always singled out as luck to have a job. We live in a screwed up world.

12% raise + bonus. Private Sector. College Edcuated. Under 30 years old.

ReplyDeleteOur raises this year averaged 3%. Some got a bit more and some a bit less depending on performance. Same raise levels we got last year.
ReplyDeleteI wonder how many people who said they got a raise work in the private sector?
