Comcast apologizes for changing customer's billing name to profanity

You know they may be thinking it about you, when you're arguing with a customer service representative.

But it's a stretch when you actually see it in writing: "A**hole".

  1. I'm ready to ditch the cable, but I still want the internet. We definitely need more competition and choice in this area. Comcast has a monopoly and can charge whatever they want. There are no checks and balances. I'm sure they are paying the county a kickback to stay here.

  4. Comcast has terrible customer service. The quality is poor, the prices are too high, and service repair sucks!!! The technicians don't know what they are doing. Trying to get cable buried requires an act of congress, their supposedly supervisors won't even call the customer back. I HATE COMCAST!
