Possible Real Good News for Wicomico County
In the separate primary contests for County Executive, Bob Culver got a total of 3,841 votes in the early and election day Republican voting -- more than the 3,361 votes that Richard Pollitt got in the Democrat primary. And since there are a lot less Republican voters in the County -- that's very big news.

Clinton: I’m not ‘truly well off’
Hillary Clinton, who has a net worth upwards of $50 million, said in an interview that she is "unlike a lot of people who are truly well off."
Clinton was derided for comments made last week that her family was "dead broke" when it left the White House in 2000 although they were far from the poverty line. Bill and Hillary Clinton have reportedly made more than $100 million since leaving the White House.
But Hillary, who charges a six figure speaking fee, says with a burst of laughter that she is not "truly well off" and that her wealth is the result of "hard work," according toThe Guardian:

The Word “Natural” Helps Sell $40 Billion Worth Of Food In The U.S. Every Year—And The Label Means Nothing
Nothing makes Americans buy a food product quite like the fabulously ambiguous word "natural."
The top 35 health claims and food labels include words most anyone who has been to a supermarket in the past five years should recognize—ones like "natural," yes, but also "organic," and "fat free," and "carb conscious," and "100 calories." These phrases helped the food industry sell more than $377 billion worth of masterfully marketed food items in the United States during the past year, according to data from market research firm Nielsen.
The list of lucrative food labels is long, and, at times, upsetting.

The New York Times probably didn’t foresee Walmart’s epic response to hit piece
Instead of sitting by idly, Walmart decided to hit back against the claims. In a blog post, Walmart’s vice president of corporate communications David Tovar fact checked the Times article – tearing through Egan’s piece with a red pen just like a high school English teacher.
“Did you see what the New York Times did to Walmart,” Glenn asked on radio this morning. “I mean, oh my God, Walmart was genius in this… It’s really brilliant.”

Obama-Appointed Judge Rules that U.S. Border Fence is Racist
You know liberals are really grasping at straws when they pull this crap. AnObama-appointed judge claims that the border fence has a “disparate impact” on “minority communities.”
Since when are illegal immigrants residing in foreign countries an American “community,” let alone an oppressed community?
A Homeland Security initiative to put fencing along the U.S.-Mexico border could discriminate against minorities, according to an Obama-appointed federal judge who’s ruled that the congressionally-approved project may have a “disparate impact on lower-income minority communities.”
This of course means that protecting the porous—and increasingly violent—southern border is politically incorrect. At least that’s what the public college professor at the center of the case is working to prove and this month she got help from a sympathetic federal judge. Denise Gilman, a clinical professor at the taxpayer-funded University of Texas-Austin, is researching the “human rights impact” of erecting a barrier to protect the U.S. from terrorists, illegal immigrants, drug traffickers and other serious threats.
This is madness. I’m calling it right now: within five years, there will be some sort of affirmative-action scheme for border jumpers.

IRS Admits Wrongdoing, to Pay $50,000 in Leaking of Marriage Group’s Tax Return
Two years after activists for same-sex marriage obtained the confidential tax return and donor list of a national group opposed to redefining marriage, the Internal Revenue Service has admitted wrongdoing and agreed to settle the resulting lawsuit.
The Daily Signal has learned that, under a consent judgment today, the IRS agreed to pay $50,000 in damages to the National Organization for Marriage as a result of the unlawful release of the confidential information to a gay rights group, the Human Rights Campaign, that is NOM’s chief political rival.
“Congress made the disclosure of confidential tax return information a serious matter for a reason,” NOM Chairman John D. Eastman told The Daily Signal. “We’re delighted that the IRS has now been held accountable for the illegal disclosure of our list of major donors from our tax return.”

NASA to Test Suborbital Rocket Technologies during June 28 Launch from the Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia
NASA will test several new suborbital rocket technologies with the launch of a Terrier-Improved Malemute sounding rocket between 4 and 5 a.m., June 28, from the Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia. The backup launch days are June 29 through July 2.
These technologies will include a deployment system for forming vapor clouds used to track the winds in space for studies of the ionosphere; a miniature deployment actuator for small spacecraft called cubesats; a low-cost attitude solution system; and improvements in telemetry and flight recorders to increase the rates for data collected and transferred during flight.
The sub-payload deployment method being tested on this flight uses small rocket motors like those used in model rockets to eject the sub-payloads from the main payload. During the test, two sub-payloads with mixtures of mainly barium will be deployed from the sounding rocket. In addition to the barium, the two sub-payloads contain small amounts of the natural earth metals lithium and strontium.

A joint forces test shows it's possible to intercept an intermediate range missile launched from far out at sea with another projectile launched from U.S. soil. The test was led by the Missile Defense Agency. The Army launched a missile from the Reagan Test Site in the Marshall Islands. A Navy destroyer was able to detect it and relay information about where it was headed. Six minutes later, the interceptor was launched from Vandenburg Air Force Base. The interceptor, also called the kill vehicle, was able to take out the missile without an explosion, just using the force of its motion and weight. The knockout took place in space. Missile Defense Commander Admiral Jim Syring calls the exercise an important step in improving national security.
Funds From Superstorm Sandy To Replace Crisfield Md. School
CRISFIELD, Md. (AP) — Federal recovery aid following Superstorm Sandy will help rebuild an aging school building in Somerset County.
County officials plan to use $3 million from the $16.7 million awarded to the country for Sandy recovery to demolish and replace the former H. DeWayne Whittington Primary School in Crisfield. The building now houses Crisfield Head Start and the It Takes a Village after-school program.
The county has owned the building since the Board of Education closed the school in a 2005 realignment.

Veterans Affairs Department Needs To Get Their Act Together, This Is Shameful
The Veterans Affairs Department is struggling to provide adequate health care to female veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan. The Associated Press finds nearly one in four VA hospitals does not have a fulltime gynecologist on staff. Since 2008, the department has spent $1.3 billion on ramping up women's health care. But officials admit they need to do more for the nearly 400,000 female patients the department sees each year. That number is more than double what the VA saw before the recent wars. Many female patients are of child-bearing age.

Obama Says US Should Have Paid Maternity Leave
WASHINGTON (AP) -- President Barack Obama said Monday that the United States should join the rest of the industrialized world and offer paid leave for mothers of newborns.
"Many women can't even get a paid day off to give birth -- now that's a pretty low bar," Obama said at the White House Summit on Working Families. "That, we should be able to take care of."
The president is touting paid maternity in the midst of a midterm election campaign focused on women voters, without describing the details of how he would fund such a system. "If France can figure this out, we can figure this out," Obama said.

DelDOT Authorized to Raise an Estimated $30 Million in New Funding
Dover -- DelDOT would raise an estimated $30 million in new funding starting in fiscal year 2015 under a plan authorized today by the Bond Bill Committee of the Delaware General Assembly.
The authorization, which was explained to the Committee prior to a vote to approve DelDOT's budget, acknowledged DelDOT's existing authority to increase by $1 the tolls charged on weekends at the Biddles and Dover toll plazas on the mainline of Delaware 1. The toll is currently $2 per passenger vehicle on weekends. The tolls charged at on and off ramps to Delaware 1 would remain unchanged.
The Bond Bill Committee further authorized DelDOT to leverage the new toll revenue - estimated to bring in up to $10 million annually - against $20 million in new borrowing. The added funding would be dedicated to the Municipal Street Aide Program ($2 million) and DelDOT's paving program (approximately $28 million). Separately, the Community Transportation Fund would receive an additional $8.375 million from DelDOT's prior year authorization.

Homegrown Jihadis Arrested In Texas
Once again, the “religion of peace” demonstrates its true colors — and please don’t give me the line of a few individuals perverting Islam. A few days ago, two Muslim men in Texas were arrested on jihad terror charges.
As reported by ABCnews.com, the two men were separately charged with terror-related offenses after federal agents said they planned to travel halfway around the world to engage in violent jihad. One of the men, a Bangladesh-born U.S. citizen named Rahatul Ashikim Khan, allegedly wanted to join al-Shabab, a Somalia-based terror group linked to al-Qaida. For the other, Michael Todd Wolfe from Houston, learning to fight in Syria was allegedly the goal.
Anyone who doesn’t believe we have a problem with homegrown jihadis in America is delusional.

Don’t Cash Checks From Lotteries That You Never Entered
You’ve probably heard this message before, but in our opinion, consumers can’t really hear it too many times. If you receive a mysterious check in the mail, don’t cash it until you determine that its origins are legit. If you hear that you’ve won a lottery that you never entered, you probably never entered it. When you win the real lottery, you don’t need to pay processing fees to get your money.
This review isn’t just Consumer 101: it’s remedial consumer training. Yet this training session is brought to you by a St. Louis couple who received an unexpected check for $4,350, the first of their alleged $250,000 lottery winnings. To claim their prize, they simply had to deposit the check and wire money back to the lottery commission. You know, to cover the fees.

JUST IN: National Archives Boss: IRS ‘Did Not Follow The Law’ On Lost Lerner Emails
The top U.S. official in charge of archiving federal records testified Tuesday that the IRS ran afoul of the law by neglecting to tell his office that a trove of emails from the woman at the center of the targeting scandal disappeared after an apparent hard drive crash.
Archivist of the U.S. David Ferriero, speaking before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, made clear that federal agencies are supposed to report whenever their records are destroyed or even accidentally deleted. But he said that after emails from embattled IRS official Lois Lerner vanished after a computer failure in 2011, nobody told the National Archives.
"They did not follow the law," Ferriero said.
The testimony comes as lawmakers dig for answers as to how Lerner's emails disappeared and why they only found out about it earlier this month. Lerner herself twice has refused to answer questions before Congress, leaving lawmakers seeking answers from other officials who interacted with her or were involved in reviewing her documents.

New York To Legalize Medical Marijuana — As Long As You’re Not Smoking It
New York is just about ready to legalize medical marijuana in the state for patients with serious illnesses — and no, your cousin Chad’s extreme boredom is not an illness — as long as patients aren’t smoking the stuff.
Governor Andrew Cuomo and other legislative leaders have come up with an agreement that lets doctors prescribe marijuana to patients with cancer, AIDS and epilepsy, but will require that prescription to be filled in non-smokeable form, ostensibly to ward against recreational users from cheating the system.
According to The Journal News, Cuomo called the medical pot agreement “the best of both worlds,” because patients who need it can have it, but the program won’t be abused, it’s hoped.
“There are certainly significant medical benefits that can be garnered,” Cuomo said during a news conference Thursday. “At the same time, it’s a difficult issue because there are also risks that have to be averted — public-health risks, public-safety risks — and we believe this bill strikes the right balance.”
Lawmwakers are expected to approve the bill soon, with the aim of having the medical-marijuana program up and running within 18 months. The marijuana will be taxed at 7% of gross sales.

BRILLIANT
In early January 2014, Bob Lonsberry, a Rochester talk radio personality on WHAM 1180 AM, said this in response to Obama’s “income inequality speech”:
Two Americas
The Democrats are right, there are two Americas.
The America that works, and the America that doesn’t.
The America that contributes, and the America that doesn’t.
It’s not the haves and the have nots, it’s the dos and the don’ts.
Some people do their duty as Americans, obey the law, support themselves, contribute to society, and others don’t. That’s the divide in America.
It’s not about income inequality, it’s about civic irresponsibility.
It’s about a political party that preaches hatred, greed and victimization in order to win elective office.
It’s about a political party that loves power more than it loves its country. That’s not invective, that’s truth, and it’s about time someone said it.
The politics of envy was on proud display a couple weeks ago when President Obama pledged the rest of his term to fighting “income inequality.” He noted that some people make more than other people, that some people have higher incomes than others, and he says that’s not just.
A lethal new class of British jihadi
Once he dreamed of becoming the first Asian Prime Minister, but now this British-born jihadi spouts only hatred as he boasts of his allegiance to the murderous terrorists of ISIS, on their killing spree in Iraq and Syria.
Identified today by The Mail on Sunday, Reyaad Khan, 20, sits with a Kalashnikov assault rifle against his shoulder alongside two other British Islamists in a chilling recruitment video, urging British Muslims to take up arms.
Reyaad, who former school friends in Wales recall as a studious pupil who loved sports, is the second man to be identified in the video. He has joined the estimated 500 Britons who have been radicalised and gone to fight in the Middle East.

America's expanding police state
Neighborhood cops are becoming armed soldiers
With so much happening internationally and the number of scandals, crises and general screw-ups of the Obama administration here at home, it’s worth noting a disturbing development here on the domestic front: a rapidly expanding police state.
On my radio program last week I had the pleasure of speaking with Cheryl Chumley, a reporter for The Washington Times, about her new book, “Police State USA: How George Orwell’s Nightmare is Becoming our Reality.” The title says it all, and aptly describes the shocking transformation of what had been our free society.
We all know about the scope of National Security Agency (NSA) spying. It’s fair to say at this point in our lives that the notion of privacy is all but dead and gone. However, it didn’t start there. In her book, Mrs. Chumley takes us on a ride through history, reminding us of the original intentions of the Founding Fathers versus the assault on the original design by “21st century realities.”

Convicted Sex Offender Charged With Child Pornography Offenses
Dover – Attorney General Beau Biden announced today that an investigation by the Delaware Child Predator Task Force has led to the arrest of a Milford-area registered sex offender who now faces charges that he dealt in child pornography.
“Child pornographers are child predators,” Attorney General Biden said. “That’s why our Child Predator Task Force works day and night to identify these threats to our kids and take them off the streets.”
On Wednesday, June 18, 2014, as part an investigation into the distribution of child pornography online the Child Predator Task Force executed a search warrant at a residence in the unit block of E. Yorktown Road in Milford. An occupant of the residence, 23 year-old Eric Robert Aldrich, a registered sex offender currently on supervised probation, was identified during the investigation. Aldrich is prohibited from having internet access as a condition of his probation and was taken into custody at his probation office on the day the search warrant of his home was executed.
During their search of Aldrich’s residence, detectives seized three computers and other digital media. A forensic preview of the evidence revealed multiple videos of child pornography. As a result, Aldrich was arrested and charged with 25 counts of Dealing in Child Pornography. He was arraigned via video phone by JP Court #2 and was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in lieu of $500,000 secured bail.
The Child Predator Task Force investigation continues. A booking image of Aldrich is attached.
‘Hillary Clinton Took Me Through Hell,’ Rape Victim Says
The woman at the center of the scandal over Hillary Clinton’s defense of an alleged child rapist speaks out in depth for the first time.
Hillary Clinton is known as a champion of women and girls, but one woman who says she was raped as a 12-year-old in Arkansas doesn’t think Hillary deserves that honor. This woman says Hillary smeared her and used dishonest tactics to successfully get her attacker off with a light sentence—even though, she claims, Clinton knew he was guilty.
The victim in the 1975 sexual abuse case that became Clinton’s first criminal defense case as a 27-year-old lawyer has only spoken to the media once since her attack, a contested, short interaction with a reporter in 2008, during Clinton’s last presidential campaign run. Now 52, she wants to speak out after hearing Clinton talk about her case on newly discovered audio recordings from the 1980s, unearthed by the Washington Free Beacon and made public this week.
In a long, emotional interview with The Daily Beast, she accused Clinton of intentionally lying about her in court documents, going to extraordinary lengths to discredit evidence of the rape, and later callously acknowledging and laughing about her attackers’ guilt on the recordings.

Crime is way higher than even high statistics show
Whew: The numbers on black crime and black on white crime and black mob violence are just about as bad as you can imagine.
Black crime — especially violent crime — is 6, 8, 10, 30 even 50 times higher than white crime.
As crazy as that is, here’s something crazier: Black crime is even worse but the numbers are artificially deflated by a set of policies that can only be called black privilege.

Top seven natural cures for cancer that got buried by the FDA, AMA, CDC
(NaturalNews) How do you keep the spread of cancer "growing"? Bury the cure. How do you keep 1.5 million Americans "infested" yearly with mutated cells that multiply uncontrollably? You breed cancer in food and medicine. How many years ago did America start this evil strategy to make people sick and deny them the cure? Nearly 100 years. Where did it all really start? The American Medical Association (AMA) and a man named Morris Fishbein, who single-handedly removed nutrition from medical schools in the U.S. and installed a fake seal of approval for harmful lab-made drugs that made cancer worse. What else did Fishbein do? (http://www.v1.thehealingjournal.com)
Just in case you "doubters" and skeptics want some concrete proof, some evidence to take with you on your journey NOT to get cancer, here are some historical, proven facts to help you understand WHY you need to go 100% organic and research and use natural remedies, to build your immunity to disease with superfoods, herbs, tinctures and organic supplements. Low vitamin D levels increase risk of early death for 66 percent of Americans
The sun is quintessential in facilitating life on planet Earth, meeting the biological requirements of species in all forms. In addition to making our existence possible, sunlight makes us feel good, and according to a new study, keeps us alive longer.
While some places on Earth experience endless amounts of sunshine, others aren’t so lucky. Large populations residing in colder regions consider sunlight a delicacy, many flocking to the Sunbelt of the southern and southwest United States. The equator divides the Earth’s surface between the North Pole and the South Pole. The further you are away from the equator, the greater of an angle the sun hits the atmosphere, making it more difficult to absorb the sun’s most natural rays, or ultraviolet B (UVB).
Those of us fortunate enough to live in the Sunbelt, have less to worry about when it comes to getting enough vitamin D. The amount of sunlight needed to maintain vitamin D levels depends on a few different factors including the time of day, where you live, the color of your skin and the amount of skin you expose.

LIB RADIO HOST THREATENS TO CALL POLICE, CLAIM 'SHOTS FIRED' IN HOPES OF GETTING OPEN-CARRY PROPONENTS KILLED
Liberal radio host Mike Malloy is reacting to broadened firearm carry rights in Georgia and open carry demonstrations around the county by promising to cause a public panic, perhaps resulting in the death of the person lawfully--and openly--carrying a firearm, if he sees such an individual.
According to Newsbusters.org, Malloy said:

I guess what I'll do if I'm ever in that situation and I see one of these yahoos walking in with a weapon, high caliber rifle like that, I'll just put on a berserk act. I will just start screaming Gun! Gun! Gun! Watch out, everybody hit the deck! Everybody. And then call 911 and I will say, shots fired, which will bring every g--damned cop within 15 miles. And then the half-wits with the long guns are going to panic and they're going to run out of the store and if that rifle isn't shouldered properly, the cop is going to take a look at that and put a bullet right in their forehead.
