      They are not low income dummy. And haven't you noticed already low income housing is only on the Westside. Get your facts straight, I pay 1200 a month there.

    2:35 is probably one of the few renters that are not receiving a rent subsidy. To receive govt subsidized rent, the landlord is required to rent a certain % to regular tenants. Anybody know the exact details on this?
