    ok this is my point of view who is found guilty of embellzement or theft and only given 30 HOURS or jail time that is suspended? He was found guilty and more or less walked scott free!

    HE'S THE GUY WHO HAS SERVED COURT PAPERS FOR YEARS IN SALISBURY AND ALSO STANDS AROUND IN CONVIENCE STORES WHILE HIS TRUCK BLOCKS THE PUMPS.
