  3. Unless she slammed on brakes at the last second I don't understand this one. Yes, the accident was a terrible tragedy but aren't we supposed to watch what the heck we are doing at all times.

  6. The girl was 21 at the time (most of us were pretty dumb at 21), stopped her car, got out and was trying to capture 7 ducklings (no mother duck) rather than run them over. What if it had been a dog? The m/c driver (big heavy H.D. m/c) with daughter on back was doing 65 mph at the time and his wife was on another m/c just a short distance behind them. The male m/c driver apparently didn't notice the car up ahead stopped but his wife on her m/c did not hit the stopped car, just saw her husband and child hit the car and go over the top. If the m/c driver had hit that same car because of backed up traffic, he would have been clearly and legally at fault for inattentive driving and probably driving to fast for conditions, so why should ducks make the difference? I guess both were at fault. As a m/c driver myself, the only person in the world in charge of my safety, is ME. I determine whether or not I get back home at night, not other drivers. Accountability and defense driving every minute you drive your bike belongs to you only, not others. I've had my m/c license since 1970, never had an accident, taken all defensive driving courses here in Delaware several times, both auto and bike. I expect auto drivers to stop, pull out in front of me, come into my lane without warning because it happens all the time.

  7. 6:56 if dumb at age 21 why give them right to vote, drink or drive. At that age you have to use common sense. If it had been your family member dead, you'd change your tune.
