    How about what the electorate voted in this cycle:

    1. Keystone (Bipartisan)
    2. Medical Device Tax (Bipartisan)
    3. Border Security (Republican) - Put that with DHS budget!
    4. Individual Mandate of ACA (Republican)
    5. Tax reform (Bipartisan)
    6. Immigration Reform (Bipartisan)
    7. Health Insurance Company bailouts (Republican)
    8. Full-time work week definition - 30 hour limit (Bipartisan)
    9. Audit the Fed (Republican) - part of Dr Paul's speech
    10. Limit the IRS enforcement ability regarding ACA
    11. Welfare reform - enact means testing, paternity responsibility, birth control, and work requirements.

    Take a look at these issues...if they are attached to funding legislation that the president 'needs', force him to sign or veto...
