Paralyzed Iraq War Veteran Writes Last Words to Bush & Cheney

Last March, I came across a letter written to George W. Bush and Dick Cheney from a paralyzed and dying Iraq war vet named Tomas Young. It touched me to such an extent, that I highlighted it on Liberty Blitzkrieg at the time. He died on Monday, the day before Veterans Day. If you really want to honor our nation’s soldiers, you should read the following and share it.

RIP Tomas Young.

  2. Laughable liberal drivel from a disheartened VOLUNTEER soldier that is forgetting we DID find WMD's and evidence they were used by the Hussein regime. The only problem with the Iraq war was having to pussyfoot and tiptoe around all the liberals that got in the way of decisive military action.

  3. "The only problem...." ???

Really? PLEASE, then, tell us why we haven't invaded North Korea? Because they have DEMONSTRATED weapons of mass destruction. They have THREATENED us with them.
Have YOU ever served this country?
Laughable? You wouldn't have dared say a cross word to this guy when he was capable of putting your front teeth through the back of your head.
What he said was, and still is, true.
Did we pay for the war with oil reserves? Did we bring "democracy" to the Iraqi's?
    Did we bring stability?
For all the Marines who gave their lives (and arms, legs, and sanity) in Fallujah (guess who controls that city now?) I salute and honor you.
Its about MONEY for politicians and their corporate buddies --just like Eisenhower WARNED us about....it's NEVER been about our "freedom" or our "rights" -- they do their best to TAKE them, not spread them.
For the politicians like Bush and Clinton, who RAN when their country called them, you are scum.
Bravely sending others to die is easy.
    For cowards.
You know what I'm saying, don't you, 10:27?
