Harrington, DE – Troopers are investigating a serious motorcycle crash that occurred just south of Harrington sending two riders to the hospital.
The incident occurred at approximately 7:35 p.m. Saturday October 25, 2014 as Carl W. Miller, 55 of Marydel, DE, was operating a 2014 Harley Davidson motorcycle northbound on South DuPont Highway (US13) in the right lane approaching Williamsville Road. William E.
