I think it belongs to James' AND Ozella's parents. It looks to me like the Ozella (which can be a first name) is written in an entirely different handwriting, as if James wrote his name and Ozella wrote hers. Could be James and Ozella are married. Or siblings.
Here you go I found some info in an obit. It may belong to James and Ozella Williams, whose son in law, Wayne Wainwright Young, Sr died on June 11, 2014. He lived on East Shire Drive in Berlin.
7:29 might be on to something. Many times I have looked at the posts from local police departments about most wanted criminals and later found several by their Facebook pages.
There's something more going on here then just returning a mini safe or whatever this thing is. Cops don't put that much effort into returning found property.
It belongs to James Ozella's parents! It says so right on it!
ReplyDeleteGosh! I totally missed that, and the cops, too! Now, we can all go on...

ReplyDeleteFound a POA from 2002 on MDLandRec.net that gives 8042 Worcester Hwy, 21811 as an address for Ozella Ann Williams.
ReplyDelete7:13 question...do you suppose there is no one in law enforcement that can use the internet to look this kind of stuff up? Kinda makes you wonder....
