With the recent activity it doesn't look like anything has changed. My question is why aren't these people in jail for misuse of public funds? Doesn't anyone in the SA's office think that there might be a problem with this abuse.
ReplyDeleteI think every single person who has used these cards for personal gain should be taken to court and punished for stealing the taxpayers money!! I know Paxton was just a bookkeeper at Mardela for awhile and so why does she even have a card to use (abuse)? As for Rick Pollitt, he needs to be at Weight Watchers for sure! No wonder he needs someone to do his talking/job..........he's too busy eating on our money. Please Vote him out and get Culver in so this county can start to recover!! IMO ALL of those cards need to go thru the shredder and if these abusers want to eat out and apparently pay for their friends as well, then they need to do it on THEIR dime!!!

THIS IS MERELY A LIST OF CREDIT CARD CHARGES, SHOWING THE NAME OF THE PERSON WHO CHARGED, TO WHAT BUSINESS THE CHARGE WAS MADE, AND THE AMOUNT OF THE CHARGE.
If Salisbury News is concerned about possible fraud, than Salisbury News would include such facts as; was the monies budget appropriated, an explanation of what account the monies were withdrawn from, were the monies obtained and withdrawn from accounts of collected fees, dues or contributions, or sporting events for specific student benefits.
In 24 weeks no one has contacted Central Office or the Board with the spending issues Salisbury News has listed. No one has filed a FOIA request. Why? Why has Salisbury News not filed a FOIA request?
You sure have imbeciles reading Salisbury News if the viewers do not know the difference between a list and Investigative Reporting.
Your readers drone on and on about what should be done, who to blame, all of school personal is stealing, but next week you will be posting another list with same old, same old comments by anonymous. anonymous is too smart to believe what they write or the would be standing room only at the Board meetings and the Central Office, Just saying.

Someone better look at the budget and better yet the States Attorney should be looking into the legality of all this.

11:40, I'm pretty sure that anything bought from WaWa, McDonald's, Starbucks or anything like that has nothing to do with business. On top of that, if you're making more than 90% of the taxpayers you should be able to fork out $5 of your personal money at WaWa, you cheap bastard. You deserve to be in jail.
