Representatives of the FAA, NASA, NOAA, and MD’s aerospace industry will be present
Chester, M.D. – The office of Congressman Andy Harris, M.D., is hosting an Aerospace Career Day for the students of Maryland's First Congressional District on Saturday, October 11th from 2:00 to 4:30p.m. The event will be held at Easton Airport located at 29137 Newnam Road in Easton, Maryland. All interested middle school, high school, college students and their parents are strongly encouraged to attend.
Representatives from the FAA, NASA, NOAA, and the aerospace industry in Maryland will be present. Students will be able to experience first-hand an air traffic control simulation and will be able to speak with leading experts in the space and aviation industry about potential career paths.
This will be an excellent opportunity for our future pilots, astronauts, engineers, and mechanics to ask questions and learn more about the wonders of flight. If you have any questions or have students who would like to RSVP for the event, please feel free to contact the Bel Air District Office at 410-588-5670.
How about inviting adults that want to have jobs in this industry?!
ReplyDeleteThese jobs may be in Maryland - but most likely will NOT be on the eastern shore.....
