Cities all over the country have boarded up homes, and not just row houses. The problem with that goes without saying.Whenever you see a boarded up home there is almost always a way in.Whether it's a basement window that has been accessed or whatever someone always manages to get inside. When they leave they attempt to re situate the point of entry/exit to appear undisturbed.
