Incident: DUI Arrest
Location of Crime: 3739 Worcester Hwy Snow Hill, MD
Suspects: Lynch, Jason T O’Reilly 35 Snow Hill, MD
Charges: DUI & DWI
Narrative:
On September 11, 2014 around 9:00 pm a Deputy on patrol on Route 113 north of Shad Landing observed a vehicle that was traveling north bound on the south bound shoulder. The Deputy had to travel north to a turn around and by the time he did, the vehicle was in the yard of 3739 Worcester Hwy. The Deputy turned on his spot light and the vehicle fled through the yard to the rear of the house. The Deputy drove to the house and located it with the operator and a passenger exiting the vehicle. The Deputy contacted the operator, Jason Lynch 35 of Snow Hill, and asked what he was doing. The Deputy noticed that Lynch was having difficulty maintaining his balance and had a strong odor of alcoholic beverage. Lynch refused field sobriety tests and was arrested. Lynch was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving While Impaired by Alcohol. Lynch was later released pending a court date in the Snow Hill District Court.
If Jason hasn't killed anyone yet by driving drunk it's a miracle.
ReplyDeleteWasn't there an article about Jason back in March showing up drunk at a MADD panel meeting for victims of drunk drivers at the civic center? Is this the same guy?
ReplyDeleteWasn't to drunk. He knew to run.
ReplyDeleteHis lawyer should be advising him to let someone else drive when he's drinking, and not, "always refuse sobriety tests when stopped by police."
ReplyDeleteYes it's the same guy.
ReplyDeleteIt's just like anything else, Jason.
ReplyDeleteIt's PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE!
