So we have drug addicts from Louisiana and Rhode Island passing through Wicomico County. The officers waste their time arresting the suspects and they promptly get released on their own recognizance. Oh I am so sure that these out of state drug addicts will return for court. Wasting more of the courts time, an active open warrants that will stay on file for years wasting our time. Good job District Court Commissioners.
