ReplyDeleteThey might as well go ahead and put up the signs - happening already. I drove by SSU this morning and at every crosswalk and non-crosswalk, the students were texting; standing on the corners texting, standing in the median strip texting; standing in parking lots texting; riding a bike texting (honestly). I would like to see all of them do without a cell phone for a month - imagine that!
