Girl, 5, sent home from kindergarten with horror facial injuries blaming classmates 'who kicked her' as devastated mom blasts school's claim it was an accident
A Mississippi mother has launched an online campaign for justice after her little girl was allegedly severely beaten in a vicious playground attack last week.
Disturbing images posted to the 'Justice for AvaLynn' Facebook page by mother Lacey Harris reveal the kindergarten student's bruising injuries, which her school claims happened when the five-year-old fell over.
Harris refutes the official explanation from Arlington Elementary School and says that she wants a police investigation because her child's injuries are simply too severe to have been caused by a fall.

I would look for the meanest and toughest kid I could find and then get this child to point them out to him.
ReplyDeleteThere is no way this happened from a fall!
ReplyDeleteThis is sickening to see this, hopefully there is a police investigation!
ReplyDeleteThis is wrong on so many levels. If no adult was witness to this injury then the place should be closed and locked down to never reopen. There are laws as to how many personnel are to be hired per child in these centers. I find it very hard to believe that someone saw nothing. This child would have been screaming. I don't believe any of this report. Plus... I would think this child could have a more significant head injury from the degree of discoloration. I am glad the mother is speaking out and that other parents will know that their children are NOT being watched at that facility.
ReplyDeletethorough independent investigation needed here. punish all involved. make the punishment fit this horrible crime. this is a crime, after all.
ReplyDeleteIf it was her classmates, they will be too young to charge with a crime in MD. Can't be charged with a crime under 8 years old.
ReplyDeleteSHUT THE PLACE DOWN!!!!!!!! Charge all adults that were suppose to be watching these little darlings with neglect.
ReplyDeleteThat's a truly sad picture of a helpless little girl, it's heart breaking! Where do you think the aggressive child who did this to her learned this kind of brutal behavior? And if you think like me, it was from the parents. That said, how much punishment do you think they would give that child for the trouble he or she brought to their doorsteps? The aggressor will probably get beat either way. This is representative of learned behavior, not typical in normal children.
ReplyDelete@10:43. Why do you think this was black on black crime. More than likely in the redneck good ole boy area that this happened it was white kids that did it. Contrary to what many of you think in rural southern america racism is very alive and well.
ReplyDeleteThese injuries look a lot like they are adult administered. Just saying.
ReplyDeleteThat is just sad that the l
