Everything is done diametrically opposite in this country.Problems are addressed AFTER THE FACT here,and there is no adequate fix after the fact.Nothing that has already happened could have been prevented.Before it happens is the best time to prevent something,and at the very latest WHILE IT'S HAPPENING,but not ever after it happened.That approach makes interesting conversation only.It never solves anything.
