The Breadwinner in the Family

Are you ready for this one. Hang on. We are indeed a great society,
America

The new breadwinner in the family...

An emergency room physician told me that a woman in her late 20's came to the ER today with her 8th pregnancy.

She told the first doctor she saw: "My Mama told me that I am the breadwinner for the family." He asked her to explain. She said that she can make babies, and babies get money from the State for the family. It goes like this:

The Grandma calls the Department of Child & Family Services, and states that the unemployed daughter is not capable of caring for all of her kids. DCFS agrees, and tells her the children will need to go into foster care.

The Grandma then volunteers to be the foster parent, and receives a check for $1500 per child each month in Illinois.

Total yearly income: $144,000 tax-free and nobody has to go to work!

In fact, they get more if there is no husband/father/man in the home!
Not to mention free healthcare (Medicaid), plus a monthly card entitling them to free groceries and a voucher for 250 free Obamaphone minutes each month. This does not include WIC and other welfare benefits...that they are "entitled" to.

Indeed, Grandma was correct that her fertile daughter is the
"breadwinner" for the family.
Worse, the Muslims have been paying attention, and by mandating that each Muslim family have eleven children, they will soon replace the voting bloc above and can be running this country within 25 years. Read the above again, until it sinks in, and then ask yourself if your Children, Grandchildren, and Great Grandchildren will survive these severe changes to America !!!

Are You alarmed yet? Is anybody listening?

Is this a GREAT COUNTRY or what...?

Don't forget to pay your taxes! There are a lot of "breadwinners"
depending on you!

There are a lot of "breadwinners" depending on you!

  3. 1:16, Well, maybe all those other countries that we had loaned TRILLIONS of dollars to that not ONE of them has ever repaid a single penny of will step up and start feeding OUR hungry and unemployed.

  4. The truly incredible part of this socially engineered reality is the same people who set up the Welfare State also off-shored the good paying jobs.

These greedy bastions of social engineering thought they could also reap rewards from Free Trade Agreements wherein America gives up everything in exchange for cheap foreign products. We don't even make our own clothes!

Now there are no "workers" left to take care of the "bread winners".

  5. I work at a local high school and hear the pregnant girls planning this. They also get housing vouchers and "rent" from their parent allowing them to keep the money. More free money. Its all a big Obama joke.

  8. This is a bit inaccurate as state law differs.
Someone just doesn't volunteer to be a foster parent relative or not and poof they are one. While it is true a foster does receive compensation, they must meet certain strict criteria.

  9. Check out the Foster Care stipends for each state at:
    http://www.childrensrights.org/policy-projects/foster-care/hitting-the-marc-foster-care-reimbursement-rates/foster-care-rates-by-state/

The rates vary widely. There are about 11,000 kids in foster care in Maryland. The max per kid (not including other stipends) is $750 per month. There are increases to this number based on other needs, such as medical care or monitoring within the home.

Maryland has among the highest rates in the nation.

Another facet of the poverty magnet that Maryland (and Salisbury) has become.

  10. 3:39 While that is all good and well....let us say that the system is being "worked". I would not be surprised if each and every child has already been spoken for before it is conceived. Your so called "strict criteria" be damned. We have seen foster children "lost" in the system many times with case workers in the dark. When welfare systems cannot keep track of their own paperwork I would not be surprised if this is not a pyramid scheme already planned from the get go. And we wonder why these same children grow up to hate the country and have no future. They know they are pawns just spawned for money. More Baby Mamma Drama.

  11. Strict criteria?
    Must not be THAT strict.
That's putting spin on an already spinning top.

  13. I also see this happening from the parents and grandparents of the students I teach. Many are also pushing for Special Education or qualify for ADHD which nets them another stipend as the foster care provider.
