Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley said on his Facebook page Tuesday that it is "probably time" for the Washington Redskins football team to change its name.
The team plays in Landover, Maryland, at FedEx Field.
The Democratic governor, who is mulling running for president, posted: "I was asked earlier today and answered that I do believe it is probably time for the Washington Redskins to change their team name."
Just how many more people does OMalley hope to piss off. I think he and Obama might be related. The Maryland economy is crashing, people and businesses are leaving because of high taxes, he's bringing illegal people with sickness into the State, and worrying about the name of a football team. Oh, did I mention, he also supports Obama and his open border policy.
Marty is into everything except creating jobs and expanding business opportunities. Now he has an opinion on what a privately owned company should not be named. I just wish our Governor wasn't named Martin O'Malley.
Omalley STFU. We are not changing the name. If you don't like it don't go to the stadium. It's not offensive. Stop trying to divert attention from the problems in Maryland. The name WILL NOT, repeat WILL NOT be changed.

I just told my wife that they will bring up the REDSKINS name change by Thursday, before their first preseason game. The reason: To take coverage off of the illegal children being bused into MD, and the lack of spine by Brown to discuss his platform. Hit it on the head.
I hope the skins pack up and head back to dc. Md does not deserve the revenue they generate.
