Fox News confirms Texas Gov. Rick Perry plans to turn himself in Tuesday evening to be booked on charges he abused his power by threatening funding for a controversial state agency.
If he plays this correctly, Perry will make them look like fools for this political thuggery. Plus, right now, the low-info voters only know that he was indicted. They don't understand that this is a set-up. If he follows this through, and doesn't buckle, he'll come out looking good.
He's a better man than I am.
