    Is this the best Walmart can do regarding camera shots? Geez, I would think that the pictures they get of everyone would be really clear so you could actually tell who someone might be.

    There is a special type of magnifying glass clarifier that one can use for clearing blurred images.It will work if the photo is not way too blurry,like those shown above.
