The movement to impeach the President of the United States is growing every day among the people and evensome prominent media figures. Is Congress finally fulfilling their constitutional obligation to stand up to the executive branch when it becomes too powerful?
Rep. Steve Stockman has been a vocal advocate of impeachment. He even says he’s got enough votes in the House to do it. His Republican colleague Michele Bachmann has called out Obama before for his lawlessness and disregard for the Constitution.
Bachmann has joined Stockman in now openly calling for citizens to put the pressure on Congress to initiate impeachment.

Further proof that Bachmann is Anti- American. Initiating it now with the surefire fact that the Democratically controlled Senate would stomp the move dead and make it impossible to revive for the next 2.5 years is proof of her agenda. Look out, folks, she may make cool sounds, but she's the wolf.
ReplyDeleteBachmann.. anti American - Not! This man needs to be stopped and high profile people supporting this allows others who feel a need to be politically correct to join in. Yes, Reid will stop it but the people need to speak and speak now before it is too late. It certainly does nothing to make it impossible to revive.. the only proof here is that she is an American, a patriot, and someone who wants to stop the destruction of our country.
ReplyDeleteThe Constitution specifies that the President must have committed a "high crime or misdemeanor." Unpopular political decisions are courageous, not criminal.
ReplyDeleteOthers here have pointed out how impractical, given the Democratic Senate, this would be.
I wish our legislators would get something done. We don't pay them to utter this BS.
If we sit back and do nothing then this dictator will certainly destroy what little good that is left in this country. 7:59 and 9:33 are surly liberal democrats that think Obama is doing a great job. Personally I think that anyone that cannot see how Obama is destroying the country must be blind or insane.
ReplyDelete9:33 He has taken an oath to uphold the Constitution and by ignoring parts of our law that he does not like or want to uphold is not an unpopular political decision. It is criminal. I frankly don't like the Law in Maryland that say's I can't carry a side arm, but if I choose to ignore it I will go to jail.. There is no difference. I'm sorry but the candles on your Obama alter are about to go out!
ReplyDeleteWe are past impeachment, this traitor needs to be arrested and put in jail for crimes against the American people along with Eric Holder (at least).
ReplyDelete9:33 here. I agree that the pres should be accountable for any crimes he has allegedly committed. However, none of you has provided one single example, only gross generalizations.
ReplyDeletePlease detail at least one specific crime which could be proven in a Senate trial. As the Republican House brings the charges, don't you think they would have done so already? Remember a Republican House indicted Clinton for lying about sex, a "crime" we all commit.
And, calling me names does not prove your points,
2:51... go back to your Obama alter and say a few prayers. The only reason he is still there is because he is African American and political correctness. The list of LAWS he is refusing to enforce or tried to make himself is well documented. The Supreme Court just opined on 3 instances last week where he was outside of his legal standing... If that had been a republican he would have been hung by now...
