Democrats Threaten to Scuttle Deal to Deport Migrant Kids

Outlines of a possible compromise that would more quickly deport minors arriving from Central America emerged Thursday as part of President Barack Obama's $3.7 billion emergency request to address the immigration crisis on the nation's southern border.

Republicans demanded speedier deportations, which the White House initially had supported but left out of its proposal after complaints from immigrant advocates and some Democrats. On Thursday, the top House and Senate Democrats pointedly left the door open to them.

  5. I am sorry but I have no sympathy for those baby dirt bags. They are being used by the Obama Administration as future Democrat voters. This situation is putting us further in debt. The future of these little Mexican will include life long entitlements furthering our debt. All the while Dictator Obama will be using this class as the start of controlling Americans. Watch the Hunger Games if you want to get an idea about the future of America.

  7. Can someone explain why they are let in the country in the first place? If they are not documented and filing for citizenship or a visa with legal reasons, they should have never stepped foot on our soil to become "our" problem. This is Mexico's problem, not ours.
