ReplyDeleteI think they did the right thing in the long run - the no parking in front of a hydrant rule has been in effect forever and we were taught that as part of the driver test.
This person did something wrong and was held accountable - we need more of that...too many folks do wrong stuff and will kill you if you bring it up in public.
