ReplyDeleteHey shop lifters did you know that the Salisbury Police Department plants a decoy police car on the sidewalks of the Walmart North location. They are in violation of their own fire lane laws.
So when business call the police, are the police just suppose to say "no we are not coming"? Give me a break, excellent work SPD keep it up.
