    They have such important issues , who and how many should change the light bulb , this should take about 10 meetings and then form a committee while waiting for the state or federal grant.

    Thank goodness for the revision. As a taxpayer I am suddenly relieved that sooo much more will be accomplished now. There might even be some extra time to increase my taxes again.
