We had a power outage at my house this morning and my PC, laptop, TV, DVD, iPad & my new surround sound music system were all shut down.
Then I discovered that my iPhone battery was flat and, to top it off, it was raining outside, so I couldn't play golf.
I went into the kitchen to make coffee and then I remembered that this also needs power, so I sat and talked with my wife for a few hours.
She seems like a nice person.
Think the writer has to much money and toys Mixed with wasted time.maybe learning his wife seems like a nice person will give him a wake up call.people tend to forget what's important the most.....family!

ReplyDeleteWhy do you assume the writer is a man?
Typical feminist.
Nope typical American! Why would I assume perversion over the norm? I'm a Christian! I don't believe in gay marriage. Sorry . Enjoy your stay in hell!
DeleteDon't be fooled by first impressions. She may not be a bit nice at all.
ReplyDelete12:26 Humor is also important in any relationship. Get over it. I've been married for 45 years because it's cheaper to keeper.
ReplyDeleteI'm a Christian and I believe that it doesn't matter who a person loves, as long as they are happy. I've been married 31 years and realized life is too short to fight over the small stuff. Take time to get away from the electronics for awhile and just talk, you might find you enjoy it.
ReplyDeleteNo Christian is perfect.

ReplyDeleteHold the social commentary and conjectures, please.
Enjoy the wry humor, and reflect on the fascination with our toys and devices that may inhibit or damage our relationships. The 'problem' affects both genders even though the toys may differ.
