ANNAPOLIS, Md. — Maryland candidates running for governor released their latest campaign fundraising reports on Tuesday.
Lt. Gov. Anthony Brown, who received a boost from an appearance by former President Bill Clinton at a fundraiser in Potomac earlier this month, has about $4.2 million cash on hand. Brown and his running mate Ken Ulman report raising more than $11 million during the 2014 election cycle. Del. Heather Mizeur, who also is running in the Democratic primary, is using public campaign financing. Her campaign reported having about $1 million with qualified matching money from the state.
Attorney General Doug Gansler reported having $3.1 million in cash on hand.
