    Every since the New York incident where a group of homeless people sued a soup kitchen AND the city after they acquired food poisoning,a lot of jurisdictions have been skiddish about feeding the homeless.Like it or not,there is liability everywhere.What a shame that concerned citizens can't even do gods work without fear of reprisal.
