BREAKING NEWS: House votes to hold ex-IRS official Lerner in contempt of Congress

The House of Representatives votes 231-187 to hold ex-IRS official Lois Lerner in contempt of Congress for refusing to testify at a pair of committee hearings about her role in the agency's targeting of conservative groups.
