"Bouncy house" Blows Away, Seriously Injures Two Young Boys In New York
SOUTH GLENS FALLS – Two young boys were injured after a “bouncy house” was swept away by a gust of wind Monday afternoon. Three children were inside the play structure when the wind lifted the inflatable toy 50 feet into the air.
The three kids -- ages 5, 6, and 10 -- fell out of the toy. The two boys were seriously injured. The girl suffered minor scrapes and bruises. MORE
I recall an incident in New York where a gust of wind blew one of these higher than the power lines. In that case the unit had been zipped shut and the kids could not fall out. They were all OK but roughed up a bit.
I hope that's not it!
