Incident: WCSO Activity 31 March 2014

Location: Wicomico County
  • On 31 March 2014 at 2:19 PM a deputy arrested Charles Darnell Quailes Sr., 47 of Salisbury, on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Quailes violated the terms of his probation following a conviction in an Assault 2nd Degree case. Quailes was detained without bond.

  • On 31 March 2014 at 10:30 PM a deputy arrested Irving Daniel Diggs, 35, of Salisbury, on a Circuit Court Arrest Warrant that was uncovered during a traffic stop. The warrant was issued in a CDS case. Diggs was detained without bond.

  • On 31 March 2014 at 9:47 PM a deputy arrested Luis Daniel Colon, 40 of Salisbury, on a District Court Bench Warrant uncovered during a traffic stop. The warrant was issued after Colon failed to appear in the district Court. Additionally the deputy recovered marijuana from Colon and he was charged on a criminal
    citation.

Incident: Motor Vehicle Theft
Date of Incident: 31 March 2014

Location: 8000 block of Jersey Road, Salisbury, MD


Suspect: 1. Calvin Edward Schoolfield, 26, Salisbury, MD
                2. Da’Haven A. Wilson, 24, Salisbury, MD

Narrative: On 29 March 2014 a deputy began an investigation into the theft of a Yamaha Dirt Bike from a residence in the 8000 block of Jersey Road. In this incident, unknown suspects made off with the dirt bike after cutting the chain the secured it. On 21 March 2014, information was received that two individuals were on the way to a location in Salisbury where they intended to sell the dirt bike. They were intercepted by deputies and caught with the purloined dirt bike in the cargo bed of the truck they were in.

Both subjects, Calvin Schoolfield and Da’Haven Wilson were placed under arrest and transported to the Central Booking Unit where they were processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After their initial appearances, Schoolfield was detained on a bond of $15,000.00 while the Commissioner released Wilson on Personal Recognizance.

Charges: Motor Vehicle Theft and Theft over $1,000.00
