O'Malley Signing Marijuana, Domestic Violence, "Jake's Law"

Governor Martin O'Malley will make good on a promise to sign a marijuana decriminalization bill, and he will do it in a bill signing ceremony on Monday morning.

The bill is on a list of bills that the governor will sign that were approved in the legislative session that ended on Monday night.

The bill signing ceremony is scheduled for 10:30 a.m.
