First Televised Debate Set Among Democratic Candidates For Governor

The three leading Democratic candidates for governor will hold their first televised debate next month in College Park.

The University of Maryland, Bowie State University and NBC 4 Washington will sponsor the May 7 debate to take place at the Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center on the University of Maryland College Park campus.

Lt. Governor Anthony Brown, Attorney General Doug Gansler, and Montgomery County Delegate Heather Mizeur will participate in the one hour forum.
