WCSO Press Release 3-20-14

Incident: WCSO Activity 18 March 2014

Location: Wicomico County
  
1.      On 18 March 2014 at 2:45 PM a deputy arrested Hilary Ann Thompson, 29 of Salisbury, on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Thompson failed to appear for a Theft Over $1,000.00case. Thompson was detained without bond.

2.      On18 March 2014 at 7:16 PM a deputy arrested Kevon Leroy White, 18 of Salisbury, on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after White violated the terms of his probation following a conviction in a Possession of a Regulated Firearm while under 21 case. White was detained without bond.

Incident: WCSO Activity 19 March 2014

Location: Wicomico County
  
1.      On19 March 2014 at 11:56 AM a deputy arrested Carl Elson Almoney, 44 of Salisbury, on a District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Almoney failed to appear for a Theft less than $100.00 case. Almoney was released on unsecured bond.

2.      On19 March 2014 at 12:53 PM, a deputy arrested Adam Matthew Calloway, 25 of Seaford, DE, as a fugitive from the State of Delaware. Calloway was wanted by Delaware authorities in connection with a burglary case. Calloway was detained without bond pending extradition back to Delaware.

Incident: Burglary

Date of Incident: 18 March 2014

Location: 500 block of Overbrook Drive, Salisbury, MD

Suspect: Derek A. Whittington, 36,Westover, MD

Narrative: On 18 March 2014 at 12:39 PM a deputy responded to a disturbance in the 500 block of Overbrook Drive. Upon arrival, the deputy observed Derek Whittington standing in the driveway of the residence in defiance of a protective order that barred Whittington from the property.During the investigation, deputy learned that the residence was owned by family members of Whittington and that he forced entry into the residence through a rear window while the residence was unoccupied.

The deputy placed Whittington under arrest and transported him to the Central Booing Unit.Whittington was uncooperative to the point he refused to speak or even identify himself to the deputy.

Upon presentation to the District Court Commissioner, Whittington was detained on a bond of $60,000.00in the Detention Center.

Incident: 
Failure to Comply with a Peace Order

Date of Incident: 19 March 2014

Location: 32000 block of Division Street, Parsonsburg, MD

Suspect: Randall Dean Davis, 50,Parsonsburg, MD

Narrative: On 19 March 2014 at 10:53 AM a deputy responded to residence in the 32000 block of Division Street in Parsonsburg for a reported subject on the property in defiance of a peace order. Upon arrival, the deputy observed the subject of the order, Randall Davis, exiting the residence.

The deputy placed Davis under arrest for violating the Peace Order that barred him from being at that residence.Upon presentation to the District Court Commissioner, Davis was detained in the Detention Center in lieu of $25,000.00 bond.

    I think you forgot to mention that he did all this in just one afternoon, on his day off, while wearing golf shoes and driving your car. And he didn't even put in a chit for mileage.
