  3. Almost as good as when they showed the proper way to measure snowfall. Stick ruler in ground. Read number on ruler

  7. Typically weather jargon... they love to cover their butts. These words were just plain idiotic.

All weather people are overpaid.. just use Weather.Gov or any other major website.

  8. This guys sucks. Ever since he came here wboc has become a joke to the weather team. He hasnt been right with anything. Everyone said 4-6 for us. Him...maybe an inch to three. He finally started repeating other stations words.
And i dont think he is related to mr. Rogers.....he looks like the guy in the wheel chair from the movie hannibal.

  13. Jim 11:34,

Really.....The last snow storm he called for totals from 2" to 7" mabe a little more or mabe a little less or my personal fav....it will be sunny maybe some clouds and would not rule out the chance of a shower! After watching WBOC weather you still don't have a clue what the weather is going to bring!

  14. Most local weather stations use only one of the models. This holds true with him. That's why WBOC is always late to say anything about snow.

  16. 11:34 Jim..we all know what he meant, but is still came out funny..enjoyed the laugh, hopefully with him. I have said so many things that came out differently than what I meant, just glad it wasn't on TV..hehe. I hope he enjoys the chuckle too.

  19. The best one I have seen from WBOC was several years ago when on the 11 pm report they said and had posted on screen that ' Tonight it will be partly sunny" ! No lie, they came back from comerciall break with a corrected forcast for to not be 'partly sunny' !
