They should consider allowing a captain to do tuna charters on the boat, the other 364 days of the year. Bring in some good change. and the back is set up nice.
It's not out of the ordinary for fire depts. with boats and divers to be called out to other areas in the county. Seriously people, they have the boat. They should be trained in case of an emergency. Just like an engine or ambulance - they need training. Get off your high horse. It's not unusual for a city or town that is located on a river to have a boat. Get over it.
It looks as though there is a chess or checker board laying on the table - what is that for?
