Hotel Guest Leaves Parents Nasty Note for Bringing 'Crying Baby' On Vacation

Recently, a mom and a dad and their baby went on a vacation. Nothing out of the ordinary, right? The family went to a ski resort in Colorado, where the brain surgeon dad had a conference, staying at a local hotel. And hotels, for those of you who have never been, have thin walls. During the night, the baby did what lots of babies do: cried. And the people staying next to the parents and the baby, understandably, weren't happy. But instead of talking to the front desk about a room change, they slipped an incredibly nasty letter -- anonymous, of course -- under the family's door, essentially telling them they were the worst people in the world and they completely ruined their vacation. (The letter writer is a parent, too, FYI.)

  1. I have 4 kids and when they were very young we would plan trips accordingly. A ski resort is not the place to bring a baby. There are more age appropriate places they could of stayed. Theres no difference if it would of been loud adults next to them. Maybe writing a letter was just a way for them to let out their frustration. The hotel might of been booked so they couldn't change rooms. No sympathy for the brain surgeons family here.

  2. The parents were extremely rude to bring their baby. They need to keep their brats home until they can behave in public. Selfish and entitled parents will raise selfish and entitled children....the cycle will never stop.

  5. I have to agree with both 1106PM and 1247AM. So many liberal parents think their kids can do anything they want and a screaming baby to them means nothing to them out in the public, regardless if the baby distracts everyone around them. Was shopping recently at Sears last weekend and some bratty kid was screaming her head off and the parents just ignored her. If it had been me , the kid would have been out the door as I would not have put up with that. The baby in this situation should have stayed home with a baby sitter/relative.

  6. 6:48 is on the mark - and it is the same at finer restaurants...not talking D&B or Chuck E Cheese...but if I'm at Ruth's Chris, I will (and have) said something!

  7. I've been around so many screaming and crying babies in my life that I'm oblivious to it.They could have been in the room next to me and I would have slept the entire night.

  8. Those spouting how selfish these parents were are being incredibly selfish in their own right.

How dare someone interrupt your life? How dare they bring that thing with them?

Its a baby you morons. And they are a family on a family vacation at a family destination.

There is nothing okay with the letter this person wrote. it makes assumptions that are wholly unfounded and this is simply rude.
