Dianne Feinstein: CIA Spied On Senate Intelligence Committee

Senate Intelligence Committee Chairwoman Dianne Feinstein accused the CIA of spying on her panel's computers, a possible illegal act she says has prompted a Justice Department investigation.

The California Democrat said the CIA had searched -- without her knowledge or consent -- a stand-alone computer network established for the committee in its investigation of allegations of CIA abuse in a George W. Bush-era detention and interrogation program.

Feinstein, in a dramatic speech on the Senate floor Tuesday, said she has "grave concerns" that the search violated separation of powers principles guaranteed in the Constitution.

  2. I'm confused.... since when did Democrat Progressive Diane Feinstein give a rat's a__ about the constitution and separation of powers?
After all her boss "has a pen and a telephone... who needs congress anymore?
If this were not so serious it would be hilarious!

  4. Anyone with any intelligence knows we have all been spied on since 9/11. Why is this a big shock?
We were all compromised the second the Patriot Act was passed. Scared people gave all our rights up and those in charge were more than happy to oblige.

  5. Even if you're spied on why worry if you're doing nothing wrong?

  6. Not that this will make a difference, but I make sure my voice is heard whenever possible. I called her office in California yesterday and simply said; "Please help me understand this, the senator is upset because her site was hacked and she doesn't give a dam_ about my constitutional rights; what's with that"? Thanks for listening, good bye.

  8. A Democrat invoking the constitution...the highest level of hypocrisy! Most of them have never read it and claim that it interferes with the government.

Hey Morons! That was its intent!

  13. Hopefully they are collecting evidence of treason by these Socialist/communist types that have misrepresented and deceitfully called themselves Democrats.
The indictments against them and the Obama regime in the White House are forthcoming.
Of course they will attempt to claim the action is a coup attempt like Putin is doing in Ukraine but the process should be swift and concise so as to thwart all attempts of escape. (unless the Russians help Obama get away too) sarc
