As Baltimore County cops in Towson, Md., arrested at least two people, a man began filming the scene from the sidewalk. Within moments, he was approached by officers who threatened to arrest him if he didn’t “get the hell out of here.”
“You diverted my attention from that,” an officer says in the video when the man filming argues he hasn’t done anything wrong. “Leave!”
Demanding that a bystander leave the scene of an arrest is not out of line. It’s what another officer said after the man had retreated that is getting so much attention.
“Look at me. Do you see the police presence here? We are not f***ing around, do you understand? Do not disrespect us and do not not listen to us,” the cop is heard saying. “Now walk away and shut your f***ing mouth or you’re going to jail.”

cops are just out of control. and it costs all of us money when they get sued and have to pay settlements.
ReplyDeleteGuess who pays them? We do, the taxpayers. Usually doesn't cost the cops one red cent. And usually their dept. decides they didn't do anything wrong.
When are people going to say enough is enough? When the treasury is broke?
Umm, it already is. Don't you think this is one taxpayer expense that can, and should, be stopped?
We are seeing more and more of Obama policing now than ever before...
ReplyDeletelmao at how stupid some of these kops are! revolution anyone? wonder what they'll do when the community gets tired of all their bs and rises up and beats their sorry asses to a pulp?
ReplyDeleteI wonder if he was bullied while growing up? Yeah that's it, we need to stop bullying, it's not fair to the children.
ReplyDeleteI think Cops are being bred to be this way-- in some case could even be drugs to make them killers for the State. --it's a real problem.
ReplyDeletePeople should stop contributing anything to them or the organizations that collectively label them as Heroes-- they are just civil (becoming uncivil) servants of despots.
It is clear he was singled out because he was filming.
ReplyDeleteIn the clip there are tons of other people around, but he is the only one being harassed.
Keep filming people! Make change occur.
ReplyDeletetotally out of control, totally entitled, the police, the most corrupt body in America
ReplyDeleteHopefully, the recording will cause positive change....the cop was waaaay out of line here.
ReplyDeleteAs was said before - keep filming!
The only difference between a criminal and a police officer is the police officer carries a firearm openly and has a badge.
ReplyDeleteSo the cops just came upon a bunch of drunken and previously fighting college kids and just took off on them. Rigggggggggght. The phone as far as I am concerned was evidence should have been taken and put into evidence. The kid would see that phone in a about a year. Officers continually responded to college student trashing the neighborhood, pisssing in yards, yell profane language. I guess the right of the poor middle income family that has to live in the the area of these well behaved shits should have to just deal with it. Kudos to the cops. I am sick of the handful of college kids who make them all look bad. Every coillege kid in America should hang their heads in shame. Well how does that feel. My guess not so good nor is it accurate. Less then 1% of the cops act this way. My guess is about 15% of the kids act this way.
ReplyDeleteIt is what it is. Cop acting poorly and a student doing the same. NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO CRAP ON ANYONE. The part time cop needs to go. The actions by drunken college kids needs to stay in a house,bar,etc.. no one the streets of families. Joe you have posted five versions of this story cop hater no wonder u lost the election. It was yours to win but your true colors came out. Looooser
