Salisbury is in Wicomico county and WCSO has jurisdiction along with MSP and SPD. Not for nothing, Mike is a target because he is a local that has become successful and there is plenty of resentment by those that failed to achieve anything beyond just surviving.
We don't need the National Guard. We need the police chief to allow the cops to hit the streets! There are several officers at the pd that are more than willing to go out there and get the job done! But she's too worried about politics and customer service! Salisbury needs a street/gang/drug unit ASAP! Let these criminals know they can't get away with this!

Dogs are overrated 1:07. If they don't find what they are looking for in 5 minutes they lose interest. They are better at apprehension then tracking esp the shepherd breeds which aren't scent hounds so haven't an inherent trait to track to begin with.
I don't know of any breed that can track the scent of a criminal exiting on rubber tires. If and when you do find a bred, please let me know as I want one.
4:28-You have to track the suspect down before they can be apprehended. Are you aware what "apprehend" means? It means to capture/catch after they have been located which means tracked down. There is a difference in the meaning of the words "track" and "apprehend." It is improper to use the words interchangeably.
