Date of Incident: 24 February 2014
Location: 31000 block of Tri County Way, Salisbury, MD
Suspect: Robert Allen Shepard, 55, Delmar, MD
Narrative: On 24 February 2014 at 2:35 PM a deputy responded to the bus station on Tri-County Way for the report of a disorderly and disruptive patron who would not leave. Upon arrival the deputy observed a subject identified as Robert Shepard and observed that he appeared to be under a high level of intoxication and needed assistance just to walk. The deputy also observed that Shepard appeared to have urinated and vomited on himself. Shepard told the deputy he did not need his name and that he was going to stay right there. During the ensuing encounter Shepard began cursing and told the deputy that he could not arrest him.
The deputy placed Shepard under arrest. Post arrest, the deputy found him in possession of two bottles of whiskey.
Upon an appearance in front of the District Court Commissioner released Shepard on Personal Recognizance.

Narrative: Between 20-24 February 2014, deputies from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office arrested the following individuals on Circuit Court Body Attachments that had been issued in connection with Child Support Cases:
1. Randy Darnell Cooper, 39, Salisbury, MD
2. William Grason Winterbottom, 46, Nanticoke, MD
All subjects were detained on bond in the Detention Center pending an initial appearance in front of a Circuit Court Judge.
Charges: Child Support Non-Compliance

ReplyDeleteNice honeymoon for you Grason! Amazing that you could walk into the Wicomico Court House with a current bench warrant and get married before the judge/JoP without batting an eye... Also amazing that you can't pay child support but you CAN sell your waterfront home on Stump Point and afford buy a new waterfront one over on Cherrywalk Road... Your parents raised you to become such a responsible citizen....

ReplyDeleteGrayson has done more for his kids than anybody else. He didn't move to cherry walk for a new home he did it because of the constant upkeep in front of such big water. He wasn't buying a million dollar home, it's a modest home. You think Grayson his son cares what happens? His dad means more than the world to him, nobody on here can speak differently.
