Salisbury City Councilwoman Laura Mitchell To File For Wicomico County Council
Along With Ernie Davis and McKinley Hayward, Salisbury News has learned from a very reliable source that Laura Mitchell will also be filing to run for Wicomico County Council very soon. Here we go Folks. They want to control the City and County but we've got a MAJOR surprise for Mrs. Mitchell, one in which I believe she will NOT survive in the political arena. I'm just going to sit back and wait for the perfect moment and then WHAM! Mrs. Mitchell has been accused of living in Section 8 style housing in Moss Hill and as we have reported in the past is living off Food Stamps, (EBT) as well. Is this the example we want to set for the City and County? Time will tell.
She cant control her own funds at home and she thinks she can control the countys money or I she just a BIG SPENDER what a Fn Moron get your own house in order and why is she still on the city council what a joke her and shanie are to the shore.
And who here wants to bet $$$$$$ that she will win ?? Face it , that side of Maryland is crazy folks....scream & scream and still votes for the nuts time after time. And then you all want to come to Joe's Heaven and complain you don't like what you all got ?? The dang Kool-Aid must taste good down on the shore.
Seriously she needs to save her money and stay in the city council position she is in. I can't believe anyone would vote for that Welfare Monger. She is slopping at the government troughs now. Anyone receiving welfare, Section 8 rental housing vouchers should be disqualified from running in any position.
What about her pervert husband who got fired from his job at SU? Is he still unemployed and living illegally in her Section 8 housing?
I stated on an earlier post today that we have to make changes at the local level, if we are going to make changes on the State and National level. Do you see my point now? These kinds of people get elected which gives them an opportunity to get elected to a higher level. It starts at the bottom folks. Wake up. She was elected before, perhaps because she is a woman or because she is white. Our problem in this City, State and Country is that the voters vote for hand-outs!
Let us not forget about her son, Greg Hill who is has as much ambition as she. Look him up in the case search file, he just beat a drug charge. Guess who represented him? None other than TJ Maloney, counsel to corrupt council members.
It's obvious that she may win if she runs. After all ,there are a great percentage of people on the same welfare and food stamp programs as she. I'm sure they would feel safer with one of their own in office. Shanie has done it for years , she's as dumb as a brick.
Salisbury has become little California full of a mixture of gays and clowns. I guess with the county leader she will have no trouble fitting right in. I think this is what happens to people when they are not appealing sexually and people need a good idiot show on pac14. Oh the drama , I love it!!

A major problem with Md's eastern shore is that it's run by the good ol' boys that are from heres and it's a matter of who you know and not how intelligent you are. These ignorant local yocals blackball intelligent from heres that are more qualified for important city and county positions in favor of stupid from heres that are clueless which is why the eastern shore is so corrupt and going downhill.
Shanie has taught her well! The only way to fix a problem is to buy it with your money. Of course Obama has done this for 5 years , so it must be OK. If it don't work , buy something else .
Like I said before, if any person running for public office - is receiving GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE like Welfare , Food Stamps or Free Housing - that person's JUDGEMENT IS COMPROMISED and the person IS DISQUALIFIED. There is a choice to be made, either GET OFF OR GET OUT. This is no laughing matter, when folks like Laura Mitchel makes decisions about taxpayers money.
It doesn't sound like she made prudent choices involving her personal life, so any reasonable, intelligent person can conclude, she isn't qualified. The problem lies in reasonable and intelligent people are getting hard to come by in the area.
Let me get this straight. Laura Mitchell is going to file to run for the county council with the next city council around the corner and her seat as well as everyone is up for re-election. Lets say she loses this County election and she tries to run for re-election with egg on her face. She now has to face a city election after she abandoned the city and it's voters for a greener pasture. She just told the City of Salisbury voters that she didn't want to represent them so she ran for the county council. Now she wants her old job back? Guess what folks she is very vulnerable and Jim Ireton may lose his super majority on the council. Maybe it's time for someone like Debbie Campbell to run and clean her clock like they did in the County Council. It doesn't sound like she has a chance of winning the County Council or the City Council. Not a smart move Laura Mitchell.

And here is what you get tea party. When you run an unelectable right winger against a liberal the left leaning public will choose the liberal. But if you run a moderate who is electable (you keep calling them RINOs) you at least have some conservative influence. You can pound your keyboard all you want but this is REALITY in Maryland. So keep running down your so called RINOs, that will assure that liberals will control everything after November.

Laura Mitchell and her advisor obviously haven't done their homework. There are more Republicans in District 3 and they hard working Republicans who don't think to kindly of people that slop at the Government Trough. They don't like people on welfare because they are to lazy to work. They don't like people who mooch off the hard working taxpayer for rental housing voucher. They don't think to kindly of vermin who cheat the government by receiving housing vouchers meant for single parents and not grown children and her deadbeat unemployed spouse.
